If you would like to receive reminders by email when you have an appointment coming up, if you miss an appointment, and when it’s time to schedule your next appointment, then please let us know. All we need is your email address!
We are also adding access to your appointment and account information on our website at www.eugeneorthodontics.com. You will be able to visit our website 24 hours a day, seven days a week to find out when your future appointments are scheduled, review your past appointment history, check your account balance, view your most recent payment information, print a statement of your account, pay your bill online, sign up to receive text message appointment reminders by cell phone and see digital images from your treatment.*
To access your appointment and account information from www.eugeneorthodontics.com, you will need a userID and password. If you would like a userID and password, please let our staff know. All we need is your email address! Once you have given us your email address, we will email you a userID and password for the website on the following business day.
Once you receive your userID and password, visit our website atwww.eugeneorthodontics.com and click the Patient Login button. Then enter your userID and password to view your appointment and account information. Once you have logged in, you may change your userID or password by clicking the Preferences button on the bottom, left-hand side of the screen.
